This easy to make spritz uses Rosé as a base, and is an exciting way to serve a wine cocktail at a party or BBQ. If like your spritz with a sweetness opt for lemonade as your mixer, if not top it up with soda water. I decided to go for lemonade, and with the mini strawberries bobbing up and down my glass, it was a sweet delight. Tip – It’s better to use small strawberries, however if you can’t get hold of them, cut larger strawberries in half.
The best thing about this recipe is that it can be done up to 24 hours in advance and left to chill; all you have to do is top with the lemonade before serving to your guests.

375 ml (half a bottle) Rosé
300 ml Lemonade (or soda water)
Juice of 1 Lime
3 sprigs of fresh Rosemary
1 Green Apple sliced
100 g of Strawberries
1 Lime sliced
- Place your fruit garnish’s (apples, strawberries and lime) into a jug with the sprigs of rosemary and pour in the Rose.
- When you are ready to serve top with lemonade and serve poured over ice.
