1/4 white cabbage
Juice 1/2 lemon
Cracked black pepper
1 tablespoon of mayonnaise/vegan mayonnaise
Wash, peel and chop the carrots and cabbage. place in a food processor until coarsely chopped.
Empty the contents into a bowl and squeeze the lemon juice. Add the salt and stir and taste for seasoning. Once the salt is sufficient, grind a small amount of pepper.
Stir in the mayonnaise and top with more black pepper.
